Nord-Fron Municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of food products for the cooperating municipalities Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron.
The cooperating municipalities are separate legal entities and will enter into separate contracts.
In cases where the purchase of food products is a part of an educational system for students/users, the procurement shall be carried out where it is found most suitable, e.g. local grocery shops. Such purchases are therefore omitted from this tender contest.
