Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(a) Company registration certificate
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate, not older than one month calculated from the tender deadline.
Foreign companies: documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation must not be older than one month calculated from the tender deadline.

(b) Tax and VAT certificate
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: companies that have to pay tax and duties in Norway: Tax and VAT certificate. The documentation must not be more than 6 months old calculated from the tender deadline.
Companies who are liable for tax and duties abroad shall submit an equivalent certificate as mandated by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is registered as a company.
