Trondheim kommune [Trondheim municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition in connection with entering into a contract for flowers for the municipality's units.
Trondheim kommune wants to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of flowers. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement which covers the contracting authority's need for flowers on different occasions for employees of the municipality, presentation during events organised by the municipality and for decorating of the municipality's premises.

Kort beskrivelse:
The deliveries will primarily occur at the contracting authority's premises. In addition it will be relevant for deliveries to other premises and meeting places, private addresses in Trondheim and the surrounding municipalities, as well as the rest of the nation.

In the price form in Appendix 2, tender form, there is a list of a number of bouquets, flower arrangements and the like. It is anticipated that these variations will cover the majority of the contracting authority's need for flowers during the contract period. The contract will, however, also include the tenderer's other range. A further description of the assignment is in annex 1 requirement specifications and award criteria.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contracting authority requires that the tenderer's wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable wage agreements or nationwide wage agreements for the appropriate area covered by the contract. In the letter of award, the tenderer must confirm that the wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable tariff contracts or nationwide tariff contracts. Tenderers and relevant sub-providers must, when requested in the contract period, substantiated compliance with the wages and working conditions of employees who contribute to completion of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to impose requisite sanctions if the tenderer or any sub-providers do not comply with the contractual clause on wages and working conditions.
