A harbour facility with breakwaters, quays and commercial and service areas in Fjordgård at Senja. Quay construction is not part of this contract.
Two breakwaters, one commercial area, water supply and sewage will be established in this contract.
A new access road will be made to the harbour area from the existing municipal road. Electro for electricity and lighting will be announced in a separate contract.
Matter used for backfilling will be taken from a quarry site located west of the harbour area.

Matter used for backfilling will be taken from a quarry site located west of the harbour area.
A harbour facility will be established with breakwaters, quays and commercial and service areas in Fjordgård. Quay construction is not part of this contract.
Two breakwaters will be established in this contract, totalling approx. 13 decares as well as approx. 5.5 decares of filling for the commercial area. The works will including backfilling in the sea and partially on land.
A new access road will be made to the harbour area from the existing municipal road. Infrastructure such as water and waste water will be constructed. Electro for electricity and lighting will be announced in a separate contract.
Matter used for backfilling will be taken from a quarry site located west of the harbour area. The matter required is approx. 300 000 m3 of stone.
After the end of operations, the quarry, together with a minor landslide embankment, will serve as landslide protection for a part of the area.
Matter will be removed from the harbour in order to achieve a satisfactory depth both. This will be done through dredging/excavation and as underwater blasting.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: Tenderers must have experience from similar contracts.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must have experience from a minimum of two equivalent contracts during the last eight years. Equivalent assignments means sea-filling projects where the filling has been carried out at a depth of 20 metres or more and with a minimum filling volume of 100 000 m3.
