Bergen Kommune c/o Vann- og avløpsetaten (VA-etaten) [Bergen Municipality, c/o the Water and Sewage Department] is the owner of 75 watercource facilities, classification 0-4 (registered facilities per 24 April 2020). Two of the 75 facilities are penstocks, the remaining facilities are dams. The water and sewage department is responsible for the management, inspection, operation and maintenance and construction/renovation of the watercourse facilities. The framework agreement applies to advisory and consultative related to this work for the water and sewage department.
