In 2019 internal demolition and environmental reconstruction works were executed. Furniture and fixtures, surfaces and light walls have been disassembled and removed and the building currently appears as a carcass with thick/intact climate shells.
The new health centre shall facilitate several different health-related services, including six flats for the mentally handicapped, revolving security places, various offices, meeting rooms, medical rooms and treatment rooms, training rooms/resource centre and an assistive aids central with goods reception and delivery, a workshop and a car wash facility.

5.4 Suitability
Requirement (chapter 2.1): Tenderers shall be registered in a trade index or a company register.
Documentation requirement: a certificate of company registration must be submitted or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the tenderer is established.

Credit rating report from a company that has a licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to operate a credit information company in Norway, possibly from a company with equivalent certification in a member country of the EU/EEA. The credit rating report must be based on updated accounting information and must not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The entire credit rating report must be submitted and it must contain key figures for the last 3 financial years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
5.6 Technical and professional qualifications
Requirement (chapter 4.1): good competence and experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, scope and complexity.
Documentation requirement: an overview of relevant and comparable assignments carried out during the last 5 years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important works. Overview and testimonials shall state the value, dates and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally executed and properly completed. Reference persons must be stated and Bjørnafjorden Municipality must given the authority to contact them.

5.7 Quality assurance and environmental management standards

Documentation requirement:
Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008. The contracting authority will also accept any other documentation showing that the tenderer has established equivalent quality assurance measures. cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-7 (1) cf. (3).
