Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic
Capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
When the tender is submitted, the requirement should be declared fulfilled in the ESPD form. The requirement must be documented fulfilled on request from the contracting authority.
The contracting authority will obtain credit ratings from Bisnode Norge.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Implementation abilities of personnel.
Tenderers shall have adequate financial solidity to fulfil the contract.
Professional competence
Tenderers are required to have sufficient competence to fulfil the assignment in a professionally satisfactory way, as well as being able to give the contracting authority advice within their discipline.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
• short overview of the personnel who shall be used for fulfilment of assignments under the framework agreement;
• overview of the number of service vehicles equipped and fitted out for the purpose;
• tenderers shall document at least 3 persons in the company who have a certificate of apprenticeship as an electrician. This can, for example, be fulfilled by submitting CVs for the personnel in question;
• tenderers shall document at least 1 person in the company who has a relevant masters or bachelor degree or 2-year education as a vocational college technician with the relevant certificate of apprenticeship. In addition, tenderers must have at least 3 years of relevant practice after the completion of their education.

§§ 6 - 10 in the regulations on electrical companies and the qualification requirements for work connected to electrical installations and electrical equipment.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contract will contain requirements for adherence to ILO's core conventions about the prohibiting of child labour, organisational freedom, prohibition of discrimination, and prohibition of forced labour.
