Stavanger kommune

Stavanger Municipality and associated municipal companies and Stavanger Church Council intend to enter into 3 sub-contracts for the delivery of electrical services with associated material. Stavanger Municipality is to be understood as 'old Stavanger' as it was before the merger with Rennesøy and Finnøy.
Separate tenders will be announced for Finnøy and Rennesøy.
The framework agreements include repairs, maintenance and improvements of municipal buildings and housing, such as schools, nursing homes, old peoples homes, swimming pools and sports centres, office buildings, arts centres, health centres, church councils with churches, chapels, works buildings, crematoriums, mortuaries, etc.
The tender is split into the following categories. Tenderers are to be aware that the contract document for sub-contract 3 is slightly different.
The division is as follows:
Sub-contract 1: schools.
Sub-contract 2: health buildings, nurseries, sport, administration buildings (public office buildings), district buildings, stand-by buildings, churches, chapels and mortuaries.
Sub-contract 3: municipal housing (currently 2800).
