NTNU wants to procure two all-electric fatigue machines to use at the institutt ved maskinteknikk og produksjon [the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering]. Machine 1 will be an all-electrical fatigue machine that has axial + torsional loading and capacity for 10 kN and 100 Nm in torsion. Machine 2 will be an all-electrical fatigue machine (10 kN) with only axial loading.
We have elected to allow suppliers to submit tender offers for one or both of the machines.
