Ydalir Boligutvikling AS hereby invites tenderers to participate in a negotiated procedure for the procurement of collaborating partners who, together with the contracting authority, will establish a joint property development company/Ltd company (‘the Development Company’) that will be in charge of the financing, development and sales of housing on title No 31, cadastral number 1382. The property is in the central areas of the new district Ydalir in Drammen municipality. The collaborating partner (‘the Provider’) shall in addition to co-ownership in the Development Company, also provide 12 sheltered accommodation flats to the Development Company for further hand-over to the municipality of Elverum, in accordance with given terms. This call for tenders therefore also applies for provision of sheltered accommodation flats.
This is a pre-qualification for a call for tenders with negotiation. It is planned to quality up to five tenderers to the competition phase.
