Kort beskrivelse:

The following assignments are included in the service:

— care of grass areas, summer flowers, bushes and trees, management of park fixtures, surface cleaning, waste management, operation and snow clearing of park roads, open spaces and ball pitches, inspection of drains, urgent assignments and other odd jobs in areas that the Agency of Urban Environment is responsible for;

— weekly visual inspections and management of playground equipment, care and management of outdoor areas and green areas connected to the playgrounds surface cleaning, waste management, inspection of drains, replacement and assembly of play apparatuses, minor renovation work and improvements to covers and constructions, odd jobs, urgent assignments, etc.;

— the contract will include both ongoing maintenance work at an agreed price in accordance with the description of amounts, simple renovation assignments, other planned assignments and urgent assignments at agreed unit prices or hourly rates.

Registered in a trade register or company register.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in Annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned Annex.

Minimum requirements for qualification

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation: tenderers registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises do not need to enclose documentation. The contracting authority will inspect the registration by using the organisation number provided in the tenderer's Mercell profile. For tenderers that are not registered in the above-mentioned register, the tenderer must provide certificates or confirmation of registration (equivalent to a company registration certificate) in a trade register or company register as described in the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Only for services: during the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and can take experience from the period before the last three years into consideration.

Minimum requirements for qualification

Tenderers must have substantial and relevant experience. The experience must be from assignments of an equivalent complexity as the services requested in this contest.

Documentation requirement: relevant experience is to be documented by stating a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) reference projects from the last three (3) years. Information on this point is to be given in Mercell. Only the first five projects will be assessed if more than five reference projects are listed.

Technical personnel or technical entities.

The tenderer can command the following technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality assurance: for technical personnel or technical units that do not directly belong to the tenderer's company, but is the capacity that the tenderer will rely on, cf. part II, paragraph C, particular ESPDs must be completed.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient technical resources and capacity to fulfil the assignment in accordance with the contracting authority's needs.

Documentation: tenderers must attach an overview of personnel with relevant technical/specialist competence for the fulfilment of this delivery. The overview must include the person's professional qualifications, experience and how the person will be used in the delivery. All the stated resources must have sufficient capacity in the contract period to be used as described. Tenderers must substantiate the following:

— a presentation of the company and the organisation plan;

— overview of the company's total manpower, divided between relevant professions and CVs for key persons;

— a list of persons with documented site gardener/gardener competence, or other relevant education;

— a list of persons with authorisation for using of pesticides;

— a list of persons with authorisation for arboreal work (ETW, ISA or equivalent competence). A valid certificate thereof must be presented;

— a list of persons with documented knowledge on the current law, standards and classification of deviations for inspections of and improvements to play area equipment;

— description of Norwegian competence.
