If there is a deficit of matter, the contractor will be responsible for obtaining further matter that is certified for road purposes. The contract has strict requirements for preserving the surrounding environment. The road borders a nature reserve in the north, and the water system is otherwise protected.

Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty as what is included in the actual contract. The main disciplines in the actual contract's assignment are:
