The work in the open air at Ramstadsletta will be carried out in three main phases decided by the builder's general traffic flow plan for the E18 Lysaker — Ramstadsletta in the construction period. The traffic on the E18 is approx. 90 000 vehicles a dya (ADT), with approx. 10 % heavy traffic. Traffic flow during the day and week is characterised by rush hour traffic and weekend getaways. The E18 stretch in this contract is approx. 2 km long, of which approx. 1.3 km is a dual-bore tunnel T13 and approx. 0.7 km is in the open air with 2x3 lanes. The length of the rock tunnels are 1 210 m and 1 160 m respectively for the westbound and eastbound tunnels. There will be an estimated approx. 235 000 pfm

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The builder has an option to cancel work described in construction part SAG-93 solar panels on truss beams K560, which are included in the contract, c.f. chapter C2, point 38. The builder will decide whether to take up the option within 6 months of the contract being signed.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company or consist of a group of suppliers who are legally established companies. The requirement also applies to any sub-suppliers that the tenderer will use.
Documentation requirement:
1) Certificate from the register of business enterprises, or equivalent certificate of legal registration in the country where the tenderer, or the companies that together make up the tenderer, cf. point 4.2, is/are established, as well as for all supporting companies, cf. point 4.1.

Documentation requirement:
description of minimum 3 (but not more than 5) reference projects that include transport projects.

At least one of these reference project shall demonstrate experience with and the use of model based engineering design. Tenderers must have a system showing that they work pro-actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works to those included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic review. Tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H2 value lower than 12 for the last 3 years. Tenderers must be certified or is in the process of being certified in accordance with ISO 14001 (2015), EMAS (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme for environmental management), or the Eco-Lighthouse certification scheme, with relevance to equivalent public transport projects. The Average annual daily traffic/AADTon E18 is approx. 90000 vehicles. Approx. 10% involves heavy traffic. Traffic flow during the day and week is characterised by rush hour traffic and weekend getaways. The E18 section in this contract is approx. 2 km long of which approx. 1.3 km is a twin tunnel T13 and approx. 0.7 km is in the day zone with 2x3 lanes The length of the rock tunnels are 1210 m and 1160 m respectively for the westbound and eastbound tunnels. It is estimated approx. 235,000 pfm3 extraction of loose materials, approx. 110,000 pfm3 extraction of rock in the day zone and approx. 285,000 pfm3 extraction of rock in the Høvik tunnel. In addition to minor concrete supporting walls, technical buildings, ventilation tower and constructions in the tunnel, the work includes the following major constructions: • Ramstadsletta bridge over the E18 • Watertight trough Ramstadsletta • Watertight concrete tunnel, Høvik tunnel including ventilation shaft • Supporting walls with noise reduction screens along the E18.
