— model based engineering design services for multi-disciplinary installations that include road tunnels, bridge constructions and road installations, with at least one contract that involved engineering design services having a contract value of minimum 700 000 000 NOK excluding VAT,
— model based engineering design services for multi-disciplinary installations that include road tunnels, bridge constructions and road installations, with at least one contract that involved engineering design services having a contract value of minimum 700 000 000 NOK excluding VAT,
— engineering design services for automation installations for motorway tunnels.
3) Tenderers must have good capacity for engineering design services for road projects, with work of an equivalent nature and degree of difficulty as that in this contract;
4) Tenderers must have a system that show that they work proactively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic review;
5) Tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last 3 years.
The requirement applies to each individual entity. If a tenderer is a working partnership (supplier consortium), the requirements apply for each of the participants in the partnership.
If the H1 score is higher than 10, an account must be given of the developing trend of the H1-value and possibly the F-value, which will express the severity of any high H1-value.
