Kort beskrivelse:
The sheltered accommodation flats will be dimensioned for 22 residents and approx. 8-12 employees and associated functional areas. The project is anticipated to be approx. 1 700 m
The site is approx. 1 100 m
Outdoor areas, roads and parking spaces are also included in the assignment, along with the design of the sensory garden on the opposite side of the existing building.
Likewise, sprinklers and extinguishing water with regard to pressure and capacity in connection with fire engineering will be clarified in this phase.
Requirements set by Husbanken must also be taken into consideration, including universal solutions, welfare technology etc. so that the municipality is able to get grants for the construction of the building.
Andøy Municipality has prepared a room program that forms the basis of the project.
