The overall aim of the procurement is to find a system that supports artistic planning in an opera and ballet theatre. This includes activity planning and individual planning of personnel resources for our productions and projects, for a long number of artistic and technical personnel.
The new planning system must support the following overall aims:
• give visual help when planning and editing projects, activities and personnel resources;
• make it possible to connect large groups of personnel resources to activities and shifts, at the same time that it gives a good overview of the workload of each individual;
• give planners and final users easy access to planned projects, activities, individual and departmental work lists, etc.;
• manage user access to the different departments and levels in the organisation;
• the intention is that the system will exchange data with, amongst other things, the payroll and HR system Unit 4 (version M7 of UBW), the finance system Unit 4.
