The tenderer must be able to provide a development and test environment for client verification/testing.

The framework agreement will have a two year duration with the unilateral opportunity for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further one year + one year. The maximum duration of the framework agreement after this will be four years.

The anticipated scope and volume of the framework agreement is between NOK 0.5 million and NOK 2 million per year. NB: this is only based on expectations and experience figures and is in no way binding on the contracting authority in connection with call-offs or orders. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that budget priorities can bring the scope of the framework agreement significantly under this estimate.
