Other municipal companies and businesses are required to be able to use the contract if they want to. The framework agreement has a calculated financial scope of NOK 7 million-NOK 9 million including options, based on previous purchasing and plans. Call-offs will be made after orders from the contracting authority.

The tender offer must also include some transport of masses from its own crushing plant.
The tenderer must deliver from the same stock or stock with a shorter transport distance in the entire period. If the same stock cannot be maintained throughout the contract period, it can be seen as a reach and the contract can be cancelled. If the tenderer must change stock, three months notification must be given. The same applies for mass landfill.

The municipality reserves the right to announce larger construction work with deliveries on tender.
