The purpose of this procurement is to acquire consultancy services with a competence level and in a scope that is necessary to fulfil the existing competence and capacity gap in the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency's management organisation. This procurement is intended to cover the need for support to move the management of air materiel from the source system to SAP.
