The aim of the contract is to meet the contracting authority's need for workshop services for sanitation vehicles in a high quality and cost and resource efficient manner.
ÅRIM must be a prioritised customer due to vulnerability and consequences in case of deficient sanitation services. The household sanitation service is a socially critical service and the importance of promptly repairs of vehicles are therefore necessary.
The contract must include the following services: service agreement, regular services for ÅRIM's sanitation vehicles. Individual assignments where the sanitation vehicles have short notice requirements for repairs, periodic vehicle inspections and emergency response assignments with mechanics/mobile service vehicle.

Tax and VAT:

For Norwegian tenderers:

Tenderers must give consent in their tender for Tendsign to obtain and the contracting authority to receive information about the above-named via Tendsign.

If a tenderer does not give consent, the tenderer must attach a tax and VAT certificate.

The tax certificate(s) shall not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. (Tenderers can obtain an electronic tax and VAT certificate and

Immediately have it sent by email.)

Foreign tenderers: tenderers who are not established in Norway shall submit equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate should preferably be translated to Norwegian, but it will also be accepted in Swedish, Danish and English.

Credit Rating:

The contracting authority will carry out their own assessment of the tenderer's finances through the business and account information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.

The contracting authority will not accept credit ratings from business and account information systems other than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro in order to ensure an equal assessment of all tenderers.

Tenderers can enclose other necessary information in the tender offer if the tenderer believes that Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the economic situation.

Newly established companies: Newly established companies that have not built up a basis for credit rating must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financing institution regarding the company's financial and economic position.

This also applies to foreign tenderers.

Tax and VAT:

Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT affairs in order in accordance with the legal provisions.

Credit rating:

The financial capacity to carry out the agreement is required. Tenderers are required as a minimum to be credit worthy, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro, or have the economic capacity to fulfil the contract based on the contracting authority's assessments in regard to the submitted documentation from the tenderer.

Newly established companies must have the financial capacity to implement the agreement.

Publicly certified workshop.

The tenderer must submit documentation showing that the above mentioned requirements are fulfilled.

Publicly certified workshop.

The workshop must be certified by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration for providing periodical vehicle inspections and repair and maintenance services for vehicles, including heavy vehicles.
