Contract for Transport, Temporary Storage, and the Distribution of Sludge

Ringerike kommune

Ringerike Municipality will procure services related to the transport, temporary storage and distribution of hygienised sludge from Monserud treatment facility. Some of the delivery will come from HRA's production of sludge. Temporary storage at Prestmoen and distribution to, for example, farmers for manure and soil improvement is a part of the service.
The framework agreement will be valid for two years from signing. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 2 + 2 + 2 years, so that the maximum contract duration is 8 years.
The estimated value of the contract is NOK 15 000 000 for the entire contract period. Consumption from previous years has been used as the basis for the calculation. The estimate is only a guide and the contracting authority is not bound to a specific number of withdrawals.
