The aim of the procurement is the operation, management and further development of the Norwegian Tax Authority's external websites as they currently appear, including the necessary infrastructure and software. In addition there are new website that can be developed, managed and run on the same infrastructure, and the necessary scaling of the infrastructure and software covered by the procurement.

Operation of the Norwegian Tax Authority's external websites as they currently appear, and the operation of any new websites that the tenderer develops for the Norwegian Tax Authority.

Procurement of infrastructure: MS Azure, Content delivery network (CDN), Licenses for the publication tool EPi Server and licences/user rights for the map service.

Variable costs:

Consultancy services for advice for, management and further development of new websites that can be developed, managed and operated on the same infrastructure.
