Kristiansand Kommune v/ingeniørvesenet [Kristiansand Municipality c/o the Engineering Department] is responsible for sweeping of the municipality's roads, pedestrian/bicycle paths and footpaths.
A combined schedule is being created for spring-sweeping of municipal areas in the new large municipality.
The municipality's own production department carries out much of the sweeping using internal resources, for e.g. in Kvadraturen, Lund, Eg, Grim and Sødal.
We are aware that we need to hire in external resources in order to fulfil our intentions regarding the time aspect in spring-sweeping to parts of the municipality, for e.g. Søm, Vågsbygd, Søgne and Songdalen.
The scope and areas that the municipality sweeps itself will vary from year to year.
Sweeping at other times during the year as needed will also be relevant.
