The aim of this enquiry is to enter into a contract that regulates the Haugland Kraft group and its subsidiary companies' need for banking services. HK currently has a contract for the provision of banking services. The new contract signed on the basis of this tender contest will replace the current contracts.

The contract period will consist of an establishment phase and a phase with ordinary operations. The ordinary operations phase will last for a 3-year period, with an option for an extension of the operations period twice for 12 months each time. The maximum contract period can be 5 years.

The contracting authority can extend the contract on the same terms for a further 1 + 1 year.
