The Norwegian Directorate for Cultural Heritage hereby calls for tenders with negotiation where the aim is the conclusion of an agreement for the development of an online based ‘Archive search service’, based on the use of the search engine Elasticsearch and a modern, responsive search interface against the case managers in the cultural heritage management.
The Norwegian Directorate for Cultural Heritage shall organise the operation of the development of the new service as a smooth development project (based on scrum or equivalent) and envisages an intensive development period in defined sessions from August 2020 to Christmas 2020.
