The purpose of the procurement is to engage a turnkey contractor for contract 5601 Centralised Operational Control system and building automation for the project New Clinic and Proton Building at the Radium Hospital. The Radium Hospital is responsible for the services that will be delivered.

An independent central operational control and automation system will be established for the control, regulation and monitoring of operational installations. The aim is to use innovative solutions related to automation and smart control of buildings without affecting the quality and robustness of the system. A well planned automation system will contribute to a good inside climate, reduced energy consumption and reduced operational costs. The system must be ready for and equipped with, technology and infrastructure that increases the future value of the building for users, owners and society. It is anticipated that buildings with future oriented technologies installed, which simplifies later integration of new technology and lays the foundation for new services and increased user-interaction.
