An independent building automation system will be established for the control, regulation and monitoring of operational installations. The system will also exchange information and signals with other system such as security, user-equipment, waste suction, lifts, EOS, MOM-systems, etc. Specific and goal-oriented use of technology will give increased user-experience and productivity, lower environmental impact, reduced operational costs and increased adaptability for future needs. The aim is to use innovative solutions related to automation and smart control of buildings without affecting the quality and robustness of the system. A well planned automation system will contribute to a good inside climate, reduced energy consumption and reduced operational costs. The system must be ready for and equipped with, technology and infrastructure that increases the future value of the building for users, owners and society.
