Helse Sør-Øst RHF v/Nytt klinikk og protonbygg (PRAD) [the South Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority c/o the New clinic and proton building (PRAD)], hereafter called the Builder, hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest, cfr. The Public Procurement Regulations of the 12 August 2016 No 974 (PPR) § 13-1, for contract 1101 joint rig and operation. The procurement follows PPR Part I and Part III — procurements over the threshold value.
