Sola Kommune [Sola Municipality] wants to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of consulting engineering services for HVAC and Sanitation. The objective of the contracts is to safeguard the contracting authority's ongoing need for engineer services for HVAC and Sanitation for minor projects. For major projects where the total limit exceeds 20 000 000 NOK, the contracting authority retains the right to hold their own competitions. The framework agreements will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for further 1 + 1 year, a total 4 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at the latest 3 months before the contract or option year expires.
