The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) published a contest for consultation, implementation and training of the European Military Airworthiness Regulations (EMAR) for the Royal Norwegian Air Force, ref. No 2020001505. The contest was held in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations Part III as an open tender contest. NDLO received 3 tenders in the contest and evaluated whether the tenderers had to or ought to be rejected in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations chapter 24. NDLO concluded that all of the tenders had to be rejected in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations chapter 24. All of the tenderers have received a rejection letter with the justification.
