Kort beskrivelse:

The urban space Cicignons plass and Skipakrok will be rehabilitated. The area is 2 800 m

Main assignment:

Based on the idea project Urkraft, a detailed preliminary project will be prepared.

The preliminary project will:

— clarify design and material use;

— clarify requirements and obtain the necessary permits from affected authorities such as Treatment Plants, the Environmental Agency (contaminated ground), Building Applications, etc.;

— anchor the plan amongst stakeholders. Participate in user participation process. Presentations for stakeholders;

— create a basis for detailed engineering design;

— prepare cost estimates;

— prepare SHA and environmental plan.

In a completed preliminary project, all necessary clarifications must be implemented. Alternatives must be clarified.

Urban space strategy for Trondheim and the idea project Urkraft have been adopted and form the political basis for the preliminary project.

Option:

1) preparation of action plan for polluted ground (fixed price);

2) preparation of complete detailed project including tender basis and control calculation (time spent);

3) estimate economy (time spent);

4) work drawings (time spent);

5) building application (time spent);

6) follow-up in the construction period with drawing audits, participation in construction meetings (time spent);

7) end documentation (time spent).
