Guidance and advice as well as medical code training must, amongst other things, include a basic course in medical coding for health personnel with independent responsibility for coding or quality assurance of such coding for outpatient consultations and admissions within somatic, and basis training in medical coding for health personnel with independent responsibility for coding or quality assurance of such coding for outpatient consultations and admissions within mental health care and substance abuse. As well as New and Useful meetings — departmental updates at the start of every year that focus on changes to the code and rules that regulate/govern the medical and administrative coding and code revisions — document review of selected stays within somatic or mental health care/substance abuse in order to check/quality assure that what is documented during the stay/consultation is reported.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: requirements regarding tenderer's registration.
Documentation Requirements: tenderers must present documentation of their legal registration in a company register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following financial key figures requirement: a credit rating equal to or better than score B, measured against the AAA Soliditet's scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.

Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's compliance of the qualification requirement in the following way: credit rating.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. the PPR § 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
