The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of financial consultancy services in connection with long-term asset management (hereafter called the Main Delivery).
The procurement also includes an option for delivery of consultancy services for the municipalities' loan debt (hereafter called the Option). Each municipality will independently decide whether to use the Option.
