The contracting authority would like tenders for construction work for all of Akershus University Hospital’s locations.
The objective of the procurement:
— responsible contractor (UTF) for construction work, and
— engineering design of smaller operation and maintenance works.
Tenderers must offer the following services: project manager, foreman, carpenter, painter, bricklayer/tiling work, floor laying, glazier services, sun screening installer, sheathing joiner/concrete work, steel work, flashing and guttering work, roofing, door environment (complete delivery of the door environment with automation and glass sections, but not keys and locking systems), site gardening work, construction workers, apprentices.
The tenderer must provide services in accordance with the description attached to the tender documentation. See Annex 2 ‘Description’ and Annex 3 ‘Price sheet’ for further details.
If a tenderer cannot provide services at all the locations himself, we recommend using sub-suppliers to fulfil all the points in the notice.
