The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs will enter into a new 4-year research and review contract on collective working life. The contract will have particular focus on working life's parties, the collective actors, tariff agreements, tariff reviews, and work conflicts, and will contribute to the further development and communication of knowledge built up in this area. This will happen through mapping central activities and development characteristics in collective working life, the development of individual projects in relevant theme areas, and knowledge communication to the working life's organisations, authorities, and society in general. The activities include, amongst other things, monitoring central indicators such as degrees of organisation, tariff agreement coverage, and the extent of work conflicts, as well as the maintenance and further development of a tariff agreement archive.

Documentation requirement
• A certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn by using a separate link on skatteetaten.no. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. Qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery, in which, amongst other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.

A credit rating with key figures from a certified credit assessment company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.
Documentation requirement
• Tenderers must be able to refer to minimum three assignments for the last 3 years with relevance for this assignment, stating the name of the contracting authority, and, if possible, the value of the assignments and references. Relevant assignments are in this context defined as assignments that show review and/or research competence and solid experience with surveys and analyses related to the working life field. What has been delivered and the function the tenderer had in the assignment, must be stated.
