The tender contest was published shortly after the Covid-19 Pandemic measures were introduced by the Norwegian government and at the time of publication it was still unknown how large currency fluctuations would be. The contract does not allow price adjustment due to currency fluctuations, which will generate higher unit prices than those presented in the market survey. The tender contest shall be published at a later date.
