The Norwegian State Housing Bank wants to enter into a contract for meeting our requirements for cleaning services at our offices in Stavanger and Bergen. The assignment includes cleaning service, including sanitary service and delivery of consumables, as well as the hire of mats. The provider must also expect to undertake additional assignments such as spring cleaning, polishing and window cleaning. The cleaning of the premises means that the provider is responsible for daily cleaning in accordance with agreed upon standard.
Currently there are 34 persons working in Stavanger and 11 persons in Bergen. The office in Stavanger has an area of approx. 524 m and the office area in Bergen is currently 612 m.

Kort beskrivelse:
The office in Bergen shall close in 2023. It may therefore be relevant to downscale the area and change of location during the contract period. The provider must therefore be flexible and able to adapt the assignment for such location during the contract period.

The contract is valid from 1.6.2020 with a contract period of 2 years. Option for the contracting authority for further 1 + 1 year extension. A minimum of 1 months written notice shall be given prior to the expiry date of the current contract period if an option is activated. The contracting authority can terminate the agreement for Bergen office with 3 months written notice, regardless of whether the option for the assignment has been activated after the contract period of 2 years.
