This procurement concerns cleaning of the Petroleumstilsynet and Oljedirektoratet [the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway and the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate] premises in Professor Olav Hanssens vei 10, 4021 Stavanger.
The applicable areas are located in a building complex that consists of three connected buildings. In addition to the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway and the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate, there are other tenants in the building complex.
The Petroleum Safety Authority Norway executes this procurement on behalf of their own agency and the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate.
The purpose of the procurement is primarily to cover the needs for daily cleaning including mat hire and internal window washing. In addition there is an option for on demand cleaning, for example such as spring cleaning, scrubbing and polishing treatment of floors and carpets.
The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for cleaning services with one tenderer.
The agencies will sign individual contract and thereby will be separate contracting parties with the rights and obligations under the contract.
