Assignment scope:
The assignment includes daily cleaning, periodical cleaning and cleaning to order in Digitaliseringsdirektoratet’s [the Directorate of Digitalisation's] premises in Leikanger. The total cleaning area is 2 706 m. The daily cleaning will be performed during the day. For more information about the needs and requirements, see the Annex and Appendices under ‘documents’.
Site inspection:
The Directorate of Digitalisation invites interested tenderers to a site inspection in the premises on the 8th and 9 October 2020, 9.00-13.00. The address is: Skrivarvegen 2, Leikanger. We anticipate using up to 90 minutes per inspection.
Each tenderer can be represented by a maximum of two persons. Registration for the site inspections must be sent via the communications module in Mercell, at the latest by the 6 of October. After the inspections are carried out, minutes will be published in Mercell.

Tenderers who wish to participate in the procurement must send an enquiry via the communication module in Mercell in order to be sent the floor plans for the premises. The tenderers must complete and submit a confidentiality declaration before they can be sent the floor plans.

We estimate that the contract has a value between NOK 2 million-NOK 4 million excluding VAT over 4 years. The estimate is based on previous consumption. Price development and any expansion of the cleaning areas and/or whether there is a need for cleaning at another location will also be taken into account.
