— regular cleaning,
— periodic cleaning,
— cleaning related assignments,
— extraordinary cleaning/cleaning on order.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 189 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement multiple times for a further 4 years. The maximum duration, including options, will be 7 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers:
— Company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers:
— Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
The tenderer must be certified in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's cleaning enterprises register. Tenderers that are not yet authorised must have submitted an application subject to consideration.
Documentation requirement: Copy of the certificate issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. For tenderer that are still not approved, a copy of an application/confirmation that the application is submitted, as well as documentation showing that the tenderer will be approved.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer's annual financial statement including notes with the board's and auditor's reports from the last two (2) years.
A credit assessment from a certified credit rating agency based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating must not be older than 3 months.
The contracting authority reserves the right to demand/gather further information in order to verify that the tenderer has good economic and financial capacity.

The tenderer must have adequate economic and financial capacity to fulfil their obligations under the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Overview of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of deliveries that the tenderer carried out more than 3 years ago can also be taken into consideration. The list must include an indication of:

Brief description of the delivery, including experience connected with regular cleaning, periodical cleaning, cleaning-related assignments, extraordinary cleaning/cleaning on order.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
A description of the tenderer´s quality assurance methods.
The following points must as a minimum be described.
— deviation management system. How will the system ensure good and efficient management of deviations;
— a training scheme for employees, ensuring thorough competence in the scope of works, quality and environmental management procedures, and quality and environmental goals for the service, to ensure that good quality cleaning will be achieved;
— how is the training scheme followed-up during the contract period;
— if the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, a copy of a valid certification can be submitted, but it will not be sufficient as documentation of fulfilment of the requirement.
A description of environmental measures that have been implemented in the business.
— system for minimising and source sorting of waste that will be used in service production;
— system for measuring chemical and plastic bag consumption;
— if the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent standards, a copy of a valid certification can be submitted, but it will not be sufficient as documentation of fulfilment of the requirement.

The tenderer must have an extremely good and well functioning quality assurance system.
The concept of a quality management system is that i.a., the tenderer has a awareness of quality objectives, planning, securing, handling of deviations and quality improvement.
The tenderer must have a very good environmental management system.
