Renovest IKS

The contest is for the delivery and assembly of a complete channel press of 60-80 tonnes for cardboard, plastic and other waste, including a conveyor belt assembled 'in-line' at the contracting authority's stated address. The new channel press must be commissioned and necessary training must be given and included in the tender price. Renovest IKS is responsible for sufficient electricity capacity in the pressing hall. Prices must also be given for a maintenance contract for the machine.
Renovest IKS currently has an older ABBA channel press that is used for pressing cardboard and plastic. We would like to part exchange the old press with the new channel press, and would also like to have the option to press other waste, such as residual waste.
The contract's value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment nor for variants. The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.
Contract
The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.
A contract will be signed by 1 September 2020, with the delivery of the ready assembled and commissioned machine as soon as possible, and preferably before 1 February 2021.
The contracting authority will sign a contract with one (1) tenderer.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tax and VAT certificates
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order (ESPD: Part II A.e).
Documentation requirement: requirement for certificate of paid VAT, tax and social security contribution. A certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's country, confirming that the tenderer has met the obligations in regard to payment of VAT, tax and social security contributions in the country where the tenderer/contractor has its headquarters the (Norwegian certificate for Tax and VAT is combined and ordered from altinn.no, RF-1507,previously RF-1244) in accordance with the legislation in the country. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old.

The contracting authority is not allowed to request the certificate if he has already received it, in accordance with the Regulations § 17-1(4). If you have submitted a tax certificate to the contracting authority and it is still valid at the time of the tender submission for this contract the tender submission deadline, for this contest, you are not obliged to submit a certificate now. If this is the case, state when and to whom the certificate was previously submitted. You can, however, enclose the certificate voluntarily if you want.

Other economic and financial requirements: Economic and financial standing requirements regarding the tenderer's economic and financial standing: the financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required (ESPD: Part IV B.58-3).
Documentation: The contracting authority will assess finances through the company and accounting information system Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no). The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
There are requirements regarding the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications.
Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries. The press must tolerate 'Nordic conditions' (large temperature swings) and the tenderer must refer to installations that fulfil such conditions. (ESPD: Part IV B.58-4).
Documentation requirement: description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant deliveries during the last three years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries' value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document the experience of the personnel that may be used for this project, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
