The Western Norway Regional Health Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for central venous catheters (CVC), procedure kits for insertion of CVK and venous ports.
The framework agreement is 2 years with an option for 1 year + 1 year extension.
Some of the lots have multiple product lines with specific sizes or variations of the product. See Annex 1 Price form — Framework agreement for further specifications and estimated scope. The total estimated agreement value for all lots is NOK 3 650 000, excluding VAT. For the total agreement period of 4 years the value is approx. 14 600 000 excluding VAT. We emphasise that the values and scopes are not binding for the contracting authority.

The agreement is divided into 17 lots:

1) procedure kits for inserting CVC at the thorax department, HUS;

2) procedure kits for inserting CVC at the intensive care and anaesthesia departments in the Western Norway Regional Health Trust: non tunnelled with ECG verification;

4) non tunnelled without ECG verification;

5) non tunnelled ‘High flow’;

6) non tunnelled ‘high pressure’;

7) non tunnelled with antimicrobial coating;

8) non tunnelled ‘catheter over needle’;

9) tunnelled with ‘cuff’;

10) procedure kits for inserting Picc lines;

11) Picc line catheters with clamps;

12) Picc line catheters with integrated valves;

13) midline catheter kits (separate guidewire in the kit);

14) midline catheters with integrated guidewires;

15) catheters for measuring pulmonary artery pressure and introducer kits and temperature sensors;

16) intra arterial/Picco-catheters, pressure kits and temperature sensors;

17) single venous ports.

The tender, including the completed annexes must be formulated in Norwegian.

Any enclosed studies and brochures can be in Norwegian, a Scandinavian language or English.

Parallel tenders are allowed for lots 1, 2, and 10. Maximum 2 parallel tenders are accepted.
