The State House in Steinkjer will have a supplier who can handle the canteen. The service will be used by employees of the County Governor of Trøndelag and all tenants in the State House. In addition, it is arranged for meeting and conference activities, which are used to a large extent, amounting to approx. 50 % of sales. The District Court (Tinghuset) also uses the canteen for dining in larger court cases. In the State House it is pr. today 11 tenants and a total of approx. 450 employees. The stated volume does not entail any obligation to purchase for the client. Changes in technological development, organization, budget and routines can affect the total volume.

It is approx. 130 inserts on the box every day. Course and meeting meals amount to approx. 50 % of the turnover and has an annual turnover of approx. 500 000 NOK, - excl. VAT. The client does not have access to turnover figures for daily sales of canteen food, but has estimated this to be approx. 950 000 NOK per year. The stated volume and estimate are indicative and do not entail any obligation to purchase for the client. Changes in technological development, organization, budget and routines can affect the total volume.
