The Research Council, c/o the field for business management and technology, invites tenderers to a tender contest for a new digital system to support the Council's core activity.

The background for procuring a new system is that the current self-developed core system shall be replaced. The current system has been developed over a long period of time and we are now in a situation where the system has high maintenance costs and is not adapted to new user needs or new working methods.

The objective of the contract is to procure a digital system that primarily supports the investment activities of the Research Council. This concerns both user focused services and internal work processes. The system will also be essential for other parts of the Research Council's activities, such as advisory and consultancy service and dialogue activities by capturing data that enables us to comply with expectations for these fields as well. The new digital system shall contribute to the Research Council utilising the opportunities that lie in technology and data capture for the most insight-driven and efficient business possible.
