Kort beskrivelse:
Bergen Vann KF shall enter into a framework agreement (without mini-competition) for electrical safety services. The services shall be provided in the following municipalities: Bergen and Bjørnafjorden.
Bergen Vann KF has the professional operational responsibility for electrical and automation systems at approximately 550 plants. 6 of these plants are large water treatment plants and 7 are sewage treatment plants with complex process control systems. The remaining plants are small water and sewage pumping stations.

Execution of internal inspections of electrical technical installations in accordance with prevailing regulations. Prepare condition reports/rota systems in the event of deviations. Carry out calculations in plants, ‘FebDok’ [‘Software for calculating electrical plants in Norway’]. Thermography for electrical installations including reports. Third-party inspections of plants

Start up meeting
Before the initiation of the contract, a start up meeting shall be held with the contracting authority with the following agenda:
— review of procedures: Infection control, tunnel works, pumping station works, etc.,
— delivery of: overview of contact persons, telephone number and resource number per plant, keys and access card access,
— the provider will receive an access card for access to manned plants.
The provider must inform the contracting authority of visits to the plants in advance (order of points of information: contact person at the plant - the contracting authority's contact person — electrical manager — cancellation of visits if contacts are not made),
