Framework agreement for bus transport at NMBU, campus Ås and campus Oslo.
NMBU would like to enter into a framework agreement for bus trips in accordance with the attached requirements specification. We will enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer.
The contracting authority needs minibus and coach transport. Trips will mainly be booked to and from destinations in Viken and Oslo, but there can also be trips outside this area and outside Norway. Transport is needed for various activities, e.g., teaching, excursions, activity days, study trips, etc. The activities usually finish in one day, but they can also run for longer periods.
The size of the assignments can vary from trip to trip, from trips with one minibus to assignments that require several large coaches, possibly double decker buses.

The contracting authority
The Norwegian University of Life Science NMBU has a special responsibility for providing research and education that shall ensure the basis of existence for future generations. We provide knowledge for life and sustainability is rooted in everything we do. NMBU has 1 700 employees and 5 200 students and is organised in seven faculties. NMBU currently has campuses at Ås and in Oslo. These two campuses shall be co-located from autumn 2020. NMBU also has a research centre in Sandnes.

The objective and scope of the contract:
NMBU would like to enter into a framework agreement for bus trips in accordance with the attached requirements specification. We will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.
The complete description of the delivery is given in the requirement specification (Annex A).
Historical figures indicate a possible turnover of approx. NOK 1 million excluding VAT a year, total approx. NOK 4 million excluding VAT over a 4-year period. The amounts are only an estimate and is in no way binding for NMBU. The procurement will have an upper limit of NOK 5 million excluding VAT over a 4-year period.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment.
It is not appropriate to split up the nature and scope of the contract.
