The Research Council of Norway, c/o the Managing Director's staff, invite tenderers to a contest for assistance with facilitating a future analysis with involvement. The process will conclude with three main deliveries:
— one delivery will be connected to the five strategic areas in the Research Council of Norway's strategy, with the goal of identifying what the main priority areas ought to be, including possible missions in the coming ten year period;
— one delivery will be connected to identifying possible thematic priorities/missions that go across or fall outside the five strategic areas. This is to ensure that the process is not too preservative and too bound by existing frameworks and priorities;
— one delivery will be connected to identifying important structural measures to facilitate the development of strong professional environments that can contribute to moving research forward.
