The operations and maintenance division will begin a project in Autumn 2020 that will professionalise the management of maintenance and improvement projects. A central goal for the project is that the organisation will achieve maturity level 3 in relation to requirements in ISO 55000.

The assignment concerns lot 2 processes that will review and further develop the existing processes as well as develop new processes in accordance with the principles of management and maintenance control.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration's quality system is built in accordance with the principles in the ISO 9000 series.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic capacity to implement the contract.

The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.

Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

If in doubt, the contracting authority can obtain further information from tenderers.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments.

Tenderers must confirm that they comply with this requirement when submitting their tenders.

Tenderers must present the following documentation proof if requested by the contracting authority.

A list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, extent/scope, dates, a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient.

A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.

Newly established tenderers can document fulfilment of the requirement by referring to the experience of offered persons/resources that have developed their skills in the service of other providers.

Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability.

If requested by the contracting authority, tenderers must present the following documentation proof: An account of how sufficient capacity will be safeguarded for this assignment.

Among other things, a staffing plan must be submitted for the assignment, showing the number of employees, hired persons, etc.
