The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Company Registration Certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign tenderers shall instead submit equivalent certificates as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers must have a system that shows they work pro actively to safeguard safety, health and the working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works as those included in this competition. The system will be subject to periodic review.

1) Description of the tenderer´s system for SHA.

2) Table of contents of the system.

3) Documentation of audits for recent years, with confirmation from the person/persons who have carried out the audits.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from equivalent works and be able to reference relevant contracts that they themselves have
