The tenderer is invited to seek qualification in the competition for Arseta Junction Construction stage 2.
The contract is implemented as a turnkey contract based on NS 8407.
Construction stage 2 includes establishment of an overpass crossing in the culvert under County Road 561, establishment of new access roads to new and existing residences on the East side of the road, reconstruction and establishment of new technical municipal infrastructure as well as clearance of the existing exits. Construction stage 2 includes work that affects both municipal and county roads.

Statnett currently has 300 kV power cable alongside the county road and that will lie above the culvert that will be established. The works with construction stage 2 include establishment of trusses that will secure this cable during establishment of the culvert.

A temporary detour will be established for County Road 561 in construction stage 1. Construction stage 2 includes all measures to route the traffic via the detour road while the culvert works and re-establishment of County Road 561 take place.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Norwegian tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order. The winner of the competition must present their tax certificate.
Documentation: tax certificate not older than 6 months.
Requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation: company registration certificate
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation: a credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty.
Documentation: complete the reference form with a description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 5 years for the discipline of road construction. At least one of the assignments must include structures such as bridges or culverts.

Requirement: there is a requirement for technical and professional competence and relevant experience amongst key persons who will be used for the assignment. Key personnel must have experience with work along busy roads and work that affects high voltage installations/cables.

Documentation: CVs for key personnel, including project manager, site manager and HSE manager.
Requirement: the tenderer must have a well-functioning quality management system.
Documentation: tenderers must submit certificates from independent recognised bodies that document a satisfactory quality management system. For example, a valid ISO 9001 certificate will be accepted as fulfilment of the requirement. If the tenderer is not certified, he must document that the quality assurance system satisfies the requirements concerning certification in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent.

Documentation: tenderers must submit certificates from independent bodies that document an established and satisfactory quality management system. Documentation is required demonstrating that the tenderer is environmentally certified in accordance with valid ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouse, EMAS or equivalent. If the tenderer is not certified, he must document that the environmental management system satisfied the requirements for certification in accordance with equivalent schemes.
